Weed Dating: Find your Valentine (by volunteering!)

Celebrate Valentines Day differently by showing a reserve some love by controlling invasive weeds.
Join others in a unique adventure to meet new people and control weeds in your reserve.

What is involved?

Meet up point is at the Weld Street entrance of Te Ahumairangi Hill Reserve.
Our matchmaker will introduce you to the area, the mahi required and give a short health and safety briefing, then its up to you to socialise whilst helping out, following by kai (food) after.

What do I need to bring?

A sense of fun, water bottle, sun protection, gloves if you have them.
What we provide: Gloves, tools, training, kai
