This webinar will explore community efforts to strengthen our connection to the ocean and contribute to our collective understanding of our marine environments. We’ve invited passionate guest speakers which lead citizen science projects to discuss the significance of community action.

This is an opportunity for everyone to be inspired and learn about a wide range of initiatives. Featured projects include:
- Litter Intelligence, coastal litter data collection
- Marine Metre Squared, seashore species monitoring
- Marine Monitoring in Northland, with Experiencing Marine Reserves

Learn how collecting data can support the protection of and inspire care and responsibility towards our oceans. View speaker bios below.
