Howling hurricanes, towering tornadoes, mighty monsoons and fierce fire! Join the Science team at Tūhura and explore the wild side of weather!

With talks, hands-on science demonstrations, interactives and a film screening, there is something for everyone to enjoy.

Join us at 12pm for a family-friendly talk with Museum Guide Emma for a talk on sea turtles and how extreme weather events due to climate change are affecting their lives.
