Join us for a day of aerobatics, formation fly pasts and aerial displays. Mark it in your diaries to see New Zealand's aviation heritage where it belongs – in the sky!

NZ Warbirds will be showcasing aircraft from the Pacific theatre as well as from the Great War, the Golden Age of Aviation, the Second World War and the Jet age. Some real high-octane stuff!

Along with the flying displays, there will be static aircraft, military vehicles and re-enactors on show. Merchandise and refreshments will be available.

A great family day out! Spread the word!

Follow us on Facebook or visit our website to keep up to date with details such as ticketing and aircraft announcements as they come.

The proceeds from Warbirds on Parade goes towards the continual development of NZ Warbirds at Ardmore visitor center and offset some of the operational costs of our association's aircraft.

Due to popularity, we are limiting tickets to ONLINE ONLY sales for this event. NO DOOR SALES.

NZ Warbirds formed in June 1978 with a goal to establish an association to restore, fly and enjoy aircraft of an historic nature with a connection to the Royal New Zealand Air Force. From our humble beginnings forty years ago, we now have a membership close to 600 with a mixture of active pilots and aviation enthusiasts all with a desire to see these aircraft fly for generations. Although our organisation was started to preserve ex-RNZAF aircraft, this has been expanded to include any type due to the successful introduction of service aircraft from all over the world. The Association's objective is to provide the wide range of skills and support necessary to see these grand old military and historic aircraft preserved in flying condition.
