One Day Only Planetarium Show for the International Day of Light
For the UNESCO International Day of Light 2024, Tūhura has partnered with Te Whai Ao – Dodd-Walls Centre to bring a special planetarium film to Dunedin for one day only!

Travelling with Light explores the importance of light in all areas of our lives - from the creation of the universe to life on earth, from the evolution of humanity to the forefront of communication, medicine, and even art!

If you book the 5.30pm showing, you will join visitors to StarDome in Auckland and SpacePlace in Wellington, as part of the first-ever, coordinated simultaneous screening of a film across all three digital planetaria in Aotearoa!
