This Silent Divide bring a night of live rock music to Hamilton's Last Place for their ‘In This World’ single release show, with support from locals Achilles Complex & Tusk. $15 tickets, $20 door sales from 8pm.
This Silent Divide are a rock band from Wellington that mix driving drums, wall-of-sound guitars and melodic overtones to create catchy, high-energy songs. They are known for their tight and powerful live sound that gets audiences moving.
In 2023 the band released the singles ‘Beautiful Creature’, ‘Morning’ and ‘Outside’ to critical acclaim, receiving radio play in New Zealand, the US & UK. The band also released a dark and mysterious music video for Beautiful Creature.
Flash-Trax labelled This Silent Divide “a major, directed force building in the New Zealand music industry” and described recent single ‘Outside’ as “an utter beast that will tear wallpaper off the walls and make the neighbours complain”.

Achilles Complex is a four-piece prog rock powerhouse from Hamilton which formed in 2019. Priding themselves on their tight and energetic sound, the band specialise in mixing hard-hitting riffs with those enormous soaring choruses that audiences can’t get enough of. Achilles Complex have played many shows throughout New Zealand, sharing stages with high profile NZ acts such as Villainy, Pull Down The Sun, Living State, Fyveyes, Claemus,
Elidi, Pencarrow, Pale Flag and more. Achilles Complex released their debut EP 'Brand New World' in April 2023.
TUSK is an heavy alternative rock band based in Hamilton who have been together for 6 years and take inspiration from bands like TOOL & Mastodon. The band released their latest single 'Bones of Beasts alongside a music video in the middle of 2023 and scored a tour support slot for Beastwars. Tusk are currently putting the finishing touches on an upcoming single for 2024 called 'Remember Me'.
