Hot off the heels of their 2024 New Jazz from the Big City tour which saw the ever-exploratory trio of Jeff Henderson (saxes), Tom Callwood (double bass) and Anthony Donaldson (drums) play in Auckland, Hamilton, Tauranga, Gisborne, and Rotorua, comes a fresh gig with the added bonus of special guest musicians.
The trio is joined by local hero Bridget Kelly (clarinets & saxophones) and other secret performers, to augment a band that is constantly evolving and striving for the highest levels of telepathic musical communication through improvisation, collaboration, critical thinking, and intense emotional attachments.
