Welcome the weekend in at the beautiful Black House over looking Wainui Beach. Chardonnay will be the star of this soiree, as we sip and sample Gisborne’s finest classic Chardonnays . A glittering array of sumptuous food will be served to match your desired chardonnay as you enjoy the soothing sounds of live music. Dress – for after five! Ticket includes live music, bubbles on arrival and 2 glasses of Chardonnay matched with an array of different food. Cash bar available. To celebrate International Chardonnay Day, The Gisborne Classic Chardonnay Group, a group formed to promote classic oak barrel fermented and aged Chardonnay, has chosen to host an annual weekend of events (always commencing with International Chardonnay Day) celebrating all things Chardonnay for Gisborne and our visitors.
