Every day, people sleeping rough in Auckland walk as far as 17km to access essentials like food, a safe place to sleep, medical help and somewhere to wash.

Join us for The Big Mission Home, a 17km sponsored walk to raise funds for the Auckland City Mission - Te Tāpui Atawhai, providing vital support for those who need it most, no matter how far they have walked.

The finish line is HomeGround, our hub in the CBD, but where you start is up to you. Follow one of our routes or pick your own, fly solo or walk in a team - however you get there, you'll be making a difference for those who need us most.
