Pull it Together - Stretching the Science Behind Tension

Tension is found almost everywhere in daily life, whether you're playing on the swings, fixing your bike, tying up your hair or using an elevator, tension is quite literally the thing that holds us all together!

Discover the technology behind tension, with iconic Kiwi inventions like springfree trampolines, bungee jumping, Poi and Whai string games.
Get the heart racing with activities like tug of war, slacklining and tetherball. Test your strength with an outdoor inflated bungee run course, or climb sky-high with a rock-climbing wall during our live day: Cycling.

We recommend starting your journey at the Aviation Hall and enjoy the free heritage tram ride between both locations.
