Stitch Kitchen is fully stocked with incredible pre-loved vintage and contemporary haberdashery. Fabrics, patterns, yarn, embroidery supplies and notions at bargain prices to inspire your creative winter projects.

All funds raised to support our community sewing studio. Eftpos available. BYO bags.
Stitch Kitchen is a charitable trust established in 2015 with the mission to inspire and build community through creative practices, while reducing textile waste and its impact on our environment.
Our studio is home to over 2,000kgs of carefully curated vintage and contemporary fabrics, patterns, trims and notions donated to us by our community to inspire everyone from beginners in our regular social repair workshops and sewing classes, to local fashion designers and artists.

Every purchase reduces landfill and raises funds to help cover our essential operating costs, including rent of our beautiful community studio space in the historic 1870’s Prince of Wales Hotel building, once home to Bell Pepper Blues restaurant.

This event is part of the iD Dunedin Fashion Festival. For all events see https://www.idfashion.co.nz/2024-festival-calendar
