South for Winter

With a blend of dreamy acoustic duets, bluesy murder ballads and foot-stomping Folk, New Zealand-born and Nashville-based South for Winter’s sound is as eclectic as their origins. Formed by Christchurch native Nick Stone and Coloradan Dani Cichon, the two songwriters and multi-instrumentalists combine elements such as vocal harmonies, percussive acoustic guitar, mandolin, electric guitar, and suitcase stomp into a genre-bending performance described by American Songwriter as “laden with delicate harmonies, intricate guitar-work and earthy vocals...impeccable sound”.
