South Canterbury RSA - ANZAC Dawn Service to take place at the Cenotaph on Queen St, Timaru. This year at the slightly later time of 6.15am
All returned and service people are welcome to join a short parade to start the service.
0605 muster.
Service includes a dedication from the RSA President, a speech from the Mayor of Timaru, the Ode to the Fallen, prayers, wreath laying, and the Last Post played.
Our Cemetary Service follows at 7.00am, at Timaru Cemetary, to commemorate those who went to war and returned, and lived their lives with the memories of what they experienced.
