Songwriters' Showcase #81

The first show of 2024 is on 7 April featuring Eigenface, Rob Whelan and the Heartstrings, Rob Heyes and Danger Boy.

Eigenface - Eigenface are a brand new ambient post pop band out of Wellington, using ornaments of folk inside a dream-punk catalogue, featuring band members Penelope Esplin (French for Rabbits, Lake South, Grawlixes), Elliot Vaughan (CNZ/NZSM Composer in Residence, Moth Quartet) and Logan Valentine (Moon Lander)

Rob Whelan & The Heartstrings - Wellington based band Rob Whelan & The Heartstrings are always ready to take their audience on an inspirational and emotional musical journey of life experience, hope and happiness filled with melodies that will stay with you long after the show is over.

Rob Heyes - A singer-songwriter from the North of England who has made New Zealand his home. Rob's music is sometimes nostalgic, often introspective, addressing the everyday joys and struggles of modern life with delicate melodies and thoughtful lyrics.

Danger Boy - Vaudevillian piano player/performer writing songs and other words about the internet, life, and all of it
