Silverstream Duck Race

The Annual Duck Race is back and set to be bigger and better than ever before!

Come on down to Tirikatene Reserve on Saturday 9th March at 11am and watch the action as the ducks race down the Silverstream river.

Afterwards you can enjoy games, music & food in the park, so bring your family and a picnic and let’s enjoy the day together as a community!

Ducks are selling for $3 each (cash only) and all money raised will be donated to Satisfy Food Rescue.

Ducks are available for purchase from the Silverstream Sales Office which is open from 9am–5pm, Mon–Fri.

Note: The Duck Race & Duck Decorating Competition will be done separately to prevent pollution of our beautiful river, so if you would like to enter both events please buy two ducks
