We're wrapping up Youth Week 2024 with "Showcase on Sophia" – a Free street event putting the spotlight on our region's talented young performers. There will also be food stalls and cultural displays.
"Showcase on Sophia" is a combined effort of The Y South & Mid Canterbury, Tongan Society South Canterbury, Refugee Settlement Services Timaru and Timaru District Council in celebration of Ara Taiohi's Youth Week 2024.
The south end of Sophia Street will be blocked off for this event, so bring your appetite for fun, food and entertainment and join us in celebrating our amazing young people!
