EcoFest

Seva Sound Baths restore, revitalize and rejuvenate.

These workshops will be hosted for free, to anyone and everyone involved in sustainability mahi in the Auckland region over EcoFest. Whether you are a volunteer or a professional in conservation, zero waste, food resilience, clean energy, or any other form of sustainability, let this Sound Bath experience revitalise and reenergise you. You deserve it. With a balanced mind and soul, you can better help our planet and its people.

Seva Sound Baths (SSB) are also offered to individuals by appointment, please contact your host.

At SSB Workshops, participants play with sound. They choose sounds they like from an array of music/sound instruments. They are introduced to the beauty and healing powers of sound and learn the gentle art of giving and receiving sound baths that foster balance and wellbeing.

About Your Host and SSB Workshops:

Janet was employed at Unitec in 2023 after she gave a SSB Workshop at Ranui Library.

“Your workshop was an amazing event – one of the most deeply relaxing, grounding and soothing processes I have experienced. I am so grateful to have you at Unitec now offering the same to students and staff every week this semester. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive from a broad, diverse group. You offer a unique gift to the world.” Marion – Manager of Student Wellbeing – Team – Unitec, counsellor, and mental health worker – Sep. 2023

“The individual Sound Bath purified my mind, was relaxing and gave me strong positive energy. I look forward to more sessions. Thank you! “ Devesh – 2023

Please note:

This event is suitable for blind people if they have a helper, and deaf people can also benefit because they can feel the vibrations (usually more acutely)

Cost: Free
