Reiki Level 1 (Sat & Sun - 2 day course)

Reiki Level 1 is an empowering and life-changing course that introduces you to the fundamental principles and techniques of this ancient Japanese healing art. Whether you are a beginner or have some prior experience with energy healing, this course will provide you with a solid foundation to unlock the healing power within you and start your Reiki journey.

During Reiki Level 1, you will learn how to channel universal life force energy through your hands to yourself and others, activating your body's natural healing abilities. You will also learn about the history and philosophy of Reiki, as well as the basic hand positions for self-healing and healing others. Through a combination of theory, guided meditations, and practical exercises, you will develop an understanding of energy, chakras, and the subtle body, and how they relate to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

But Reiki Level 1 is not just about learning techniques - it's also about your personal growth and self-care. As you explore the principles of Reiki and integrate them into your daily life, you will embark on a journey of self-awareness and self-healing, gaining insight into your own energy patterns and blockages. You will also learn how to create a sacred space for yourself and others, and how to cultivate mindfulness and intuition in your Reiki practice.

This course is suitable for anyone who is curious about energy healing, wants to enhance their well-being, or wishes to become a certified Reiki practitioner. No prior experience is necessary!

This is a 2 day course (Saturday and Sunday 10am to 5pm) that meets Reiki NZ standards which recommend 12 hours in person training for Reiki level 1. The cost is $350 and includes a light vegetarian lunch on both days.
