Poetry and Meditation - Sunflower Club

Join us for the Sunflower Club: Meditation and Poetry.

This event aims to create a sense of community by introducing people to meditation (or supporting them in their practice) and creating a safe space to share their creative expression in a more intimate setting than your average spoken word night.

The focus will be on poetry, spoken word and storytelling with about 10 minutes per participant. Due to the more intimate nature of the event, we hope you'll feel encouraged and supported to be more vulnerable, sharing work you perhaps haven’t before or feeling more comfortable performing than you might at a normal open mic

We offer tiered admission so that those of us with more can share, and those of us who need some support can receive it. Thank you for choosing what is right for you.

$20 for standard admission
$10 for those with limited resources
$30 to support others and pay it forward
