The festival will bring a curated selection of hilarious, heartwarming, and delightfully dog-centric films to Lumiere Cinema, on Saturday 31st Aug at 2.30PM. This is a special screening where you can bring your dog with you.

Kiwi dog devotees won't want to miss out on these must-see films made for the furriest four-legged film fans and bring their dog along.

As an inclusive and family- friendly event, the Top Dog Film Tour NZ provides a welcoming space for dog lovers of all ages. Whether it’s a lifelong dog enthusiast, a recent dog adopter, or simply an appreciation for the unique bond between humans and animals, this tour promises an experience that will tug at everyones heartstrings and leave them with a renewed appreciation for the extraordinary spirit of dogs.

The 2024 Top Dog Film Festival presents a 2 hour cinematic celebration honouring the bond between dogs and their people. Filled with delightfully doggy moments of joy and celebration of our beloved canine companions.

DOGS: If your dog can sit on your lap, they are included in your ticket. If your dog needs it own seat; you can book a limited front-row seat to share OR you can buy a seat for your dog (just include them in your booking at the CHILD price and please bring a towel to cover the cinema chair).

Dog Tickets available:
1-On my human's lap: just buy yourself a general admission and bring your lap sized best friend (no ticket required for your pup)
2-Dog'sOwn Seat - add another child ticket to your booking for your dog to have its own seat
3-Front Row with my human: for the larger dog (limited availability)

PLEASE NOTE: Special terms and conditions apply for this session. Please see details on your ticket. Your dog(s) must be well socialized, able to handle a busy indoor event AND be on their lead at all times. Plus due to our furry friends noses - no outside food at the event please. Please make sure your pooch has a toilet break before the screening. All usual cinema etiquette is requested.
