Neon Garden: A COVEN Ball

COVEN meets decadence and the ordinary fades into your fantasies at our very first COVEN Ball. This year join us, as we embark on a journey through the Neon Garden, where magic blooms under the neon sky

COVEN events are created specifically for queer women and gender minorities. So whether you are sapphic, trans, gender queer or don’t fit the binary, this night is for you


8-9pm Cocktail Hour: Live music, drink specials, nibbles & treats on the door for early comers. This is one event where you want to be fashionably early

9-11pm The Dance: DJ, dancing, body painting, photographs & more

11-12pm The Late Lounge: The music fades & with the candles lit, forge unforgettable connections as we wind down with new friends


Attire: Embrace the neon magic! Wear your most enchanting attire that glows under the spring moon

Due to venue capacity tickets are strictly limited so get in quick, this event will sell out

Accessibility & ticket options

Whisky & Wood is a warm and welcoming venue with accessible stairs, bathrooms & lift access available for all guests. If you would like to discuss accessibly with the venue you can do so via their email hello@whiskyandwood.co.nz.
Our event is located on level 1 and requires access either via the stairs or lift. Staff will be on hand to assist with the lift (please note it is an old-style elevator and has a small bump as you enter)

At checkout you will have the option to donate towards 10 tickets we are making available for those who the $50 price is inaccessible
