Wellington Repertory is proud to present this not-very-deep-and-meaningful show!

Murdered to Death, written by Peter Gordon, is a comedy spoof of the Agatha Christie ‘whodunnit’ – with a twist. The setting is 1980’s Auckland. Think shoulder pads, big hair and that quality television drama ‘Gloss‘. This show has it all. The inept and bungling Inspector Pratt, who battles against his own incompetence to solve the murder of the house’s owner. The classic French art dealer and his sensuous companion. The ex-army bloke who loves shooting and cricket. And even the local gossip from St Heliers.

It soon becomes clear that the murderer isn’t finished yet; will the miscreant be unmasked before everyone else has met their doom or will the audience die laughing first?
