This term weekly Mindfulness and Meditation classes will be held every Monday 7pm 830 New North Road. Learn how to relax & manage your mind through different mindfulness and breathwork techniques and experience inner peacefulness and happiness through meditation .

Different focus each week covering discovering the real you, building resilience, managing anger, the importance of forgiveness, managing stress.
