Pathways to Presence is an inclusive space for open-minded and/or spiritual people to connect every week.

What happens at the event?
- 20 min guided meditation to ground ourselves
- 10 min group check-in and introductions
- 10 min talk on the theme of the week
- 60 min sharing circle where everyone has the opportunity to discuss the theme
- 10 min wrap-up and grounding exercise
We discuss any and all topics that arise on the journey of personal growth, including purpose, intuition, shadow, self-acceptance, mindfulness, surrender, spirituality, ego & more.
You'll come away feeling relaxed, uplifted, inspired and motivated and with time will feel like you’re better able to manage life and its challenges.
For veteran and beginner meditators alike.
