Jade Morgan is a senior lecturer at Otago Polytechnic and has a lifelong passion for sharing knowledge of te ao Māori and mau rākau (Māori traditional martial arts) with anyone who wants to learn.
Jade's workshop will involve games aimed at enhancing reflexes and hand-eye coordination, as well as appropriately designed low-impact physical conditioning activities – all whilst having a whole lot of fun!
