Join us to view Marlborough Lines exciting new generation museum and see our vintage Paxman engine in operation as part of our 100-year celebrations.
The 68 tonne Paxman diesel engine, capable of producing 430kW, was installed in 1930 to generate back-up power and is the only engine of its kind in the world that is still operable.
Engine running times will be 10am, 12noon, 2pm on both days. This event is FREE and there are exhibits for the whole family to experience.
