Four wāhine Māori who are Rangatiria, Kārani Kārani māmā, Kārani māmā, māmā, performers and experts in their respective fields will share their experiences of successfully navigating and occupying their professions. All the women have tribal affiliations with hapu and iwi from Te Tai Tokerau.

Hatea Kapa Haka icon, Pauline is the Northland Regional Manager for the Department of Corrections Community Probations service. She has previously worked as the Manager of the Māori Land Court in Whangārei and the National Coordinator of Māori SIDS Prevention programme.
