Head down to ME Family Service Centre and learn about different composting systems – bokashi, worm farms & hot composting.

This workshop is for home & community gardeners who are interested in contributing to the regeneration of Papatūānuku by reducing waste, building resilient soils, and making connections between healthy soil, plants, and kai.

Facilitated by Uru Whakaaro & Para Kore ki Tāmaki in collaboration with ME Family services Taiao Team, and Kāinga Ora.

This event is part of EcoFest, an annual month-long festival taking place Friday 15 March – Sunday 14 April 2024. Inspiring climate action across Tāmaki Makaurau, it is hosted in collaboration by EcoMatters, Kaipātiki Project, Beautification Trust and Waiheke Resources Trust, and proudly supported by Auckland Council.
