Water, place, and memory intertwine in the Water, Fall exhibition: sites in Auckland and Waikato hold personal meaning for artists Celia Walker and Jaqui Bennenbroek, with Bennenbroek’s focus on erosion at Kariotahi and Walker’s exploration of Maramarua’s coal mining landscape. The broader impact of floods and climate on Tāmaki Makaurau is a catalyst for a collaborative installation by printmakers in the Hard-Pressed Collective.

Exhibition Date: 24 February – 6 April
Opening hours:

Monday to Friday: 9.30am – 4.30pm
Saturday: 9.30am – 2.30pm
Sundays and public holidays: Closed

This event is part of EcoFest, an annual month-long festival taking place Friday 15 March – Sunday 14 April 2024. Inspiring climate action across Tāmaki Makaurau, it is hosted in collaboration by EcoMatters, Kaipātiki Project, Beautification Trust and Waiheke Resources Trust, and proudly supported by Auckland Council.
