Lunar AcroYoga Workshop

Try something new! Or revisit the art of Acroyoga for those that have dabbled in the fun.

AcroYoga combines the principles of acrobatics, yoga, and the healing arts. Through a series of gentle, flowing movements, you'll learn to communicate and move seamlessly with your partner, creating a synergy of body and mind. Challenging yet relaxing - and rewarding!

This workshop is suitable for beginners and you’re in good hands - you’ll be guided by professionals that are experienced in teaching others how to maneuver through an acryoyoga flow.

This is partner yoga but if you’re interested to come, and don’t have a partner to tag along, get in touch and we can work something out for you!

For attendees we recommend being reasonably fit and having basic stretching ability.

Your hosts:

The workshop is being lead by Dmytro Veselov & Miriam Bright.

Dmytro has been practicing AcroYoga since 2015, in New Zealand, Taiwan and Hong Kong. Currently he's teaching the art at Wellington's AcroYoga meetups.

Miriam is a former member of New Zealand's vaulting team and a practitioner of AcroYoga and acrobatic arts.

They’re looking forward to seeing you and guiding you through an exciting experience.

Following the session we will enjoy a plant-based dinner & dessert in good company.
