Continuing our fight for strippers’ labour rights, Fired Up Stilettos is bringing our world famous (in Wellington) strip club takeover event to the Octagon FRIDAY 10th MAY. Bring your cash, bring your friends, bring your most respectful attitude and let us transport you into our sexy world. A world where workers are respected, and sexuality is a virtue. We’re setting the bar for how strippers should be treated at work, and we’re setting it HIGH. So high that there isn’t a club in the country that currently meets our standards. Our dancers keep 100% of tips and lap dance sales, take breaks whenever they want, and can express themselves however they wish! We also have a strict policy against all forms of abuse and violence. No passive aggressive managerial control. No humiliation. No stripping workers of their dignity. No exploitation. As well as strippers, there will be featured acts throughout the night. DETAILS: - THIS IS NOT A SEATED EVENT; you are free to come and go as you please! - Doors open 8pm - Tickets grant you access to the event - Door sales available (cash and eftpos) unless we sell out prior - There is a bar where you can purchase alcoholic drinks - Tipping dollars available to purchase - NO photography - Phones are allowed, but you will be asked to cover the camera of your phone with a small piece of tape. This is to protect the privacy of our dancers.
