Meditation New Zealand invites you to come to this inspirational non-profit workshop at The Button Factory in Auckland.

We all want supportive, happy relationships. Not just with a partner, but with friends, family, co-workers, etc.
Explore the spiritual keys to healthy, meaningful relationships in all aspects of your life.
Come and experience an evening workshop with kirtan, a sound journey, breath work, a vegetarian meal and a talk on relationships from Acharya das an International Yoga wisdom teacher.
Program as follows:
6:30pm - 7:15pm : Breathwork and Sound Journey with Satnam
7:15pm - 8:00pm : Satsang and short Kirtan with Acharya Das
8:00pm - 8:30pm : Dinner
8:30pm - 9:30pm : Kirtan with Benediction Moon
Time: Friday, 1st of November. 6:30pm-9:30pm
