Join us for a productive Saturday session of Thai yoga massage training.
During this short workshop, we will discover the fundamentals of Thai Yoga Massage and how effective is to reduce muscle tension and promote a better flow of energy in the body.
We’ll also learn how to incorporate different parts of your body to apply pressure (elbows, forearms, feet, etc…) and stretching to manipulate soft tissue gently.
