Namaste, We would love to invite you to energize, relax and immerse yourself in a Free / Koha evening of complete yoga immersion for beginners / all levels of experience. Yoga asanas, deep peace relaxation, yoga breathwork and yoga group singing kirtan meditation. First half of the evening: 6.30pm - 7.30pm yoga asanas (poses), pranayama (breathwork) and short kirtan (sound meditation) 2nd half: 7.30pm-8.30pm full immersion in kirtan meditation.
