Celebrating women's rugby in New Zealand - a touring exhibit from the New Zealand Rugby Museum, coming to Picton over the winter! This exhibit charts the rise of women's rugby in New Zealand, from the first flickers of interest in 1888 to the World Cup victories of the Black Ferns. Telling tales of how women's rugby began in New Zealand, its development and evolution through to the game today, with video interviews and and interactive touch scree, selfie backdrops, and more. Join us in celebrating the perseverance and successes of women in rugby! Please note - there is an entry fee to the museum but no additional charge to visit this exhibit.
