From Riverside Road we walk across Ngahereroa Station to Waimatā Station, then to Mander Road. We cross the Waimatā River on the Mander Road bridge then walk through Waimanu pine forest back to the end of Riverside Road. Climbing to about 210m through the pine forest. Recross Waimatā River at the most upstream bridge on Riverside Road. About 12km walking. Visitors welcome. Contact Gillian 027 645 6880
