Take an hour out for yourself, and experience gentle yoga guided by Sandra, who comes backed with decades of yoga teaching experience, combined with being a reiki master.
Sandra is a passionate yogi, who loves to guide everyone through a gentle and relaxing yoga practice, but making sure that everyone has the opportunity to extend themselves if they want to.
