Wellington City Council presents Gardens Magic, Wellington’s favourite summer event, with its iconic free Concert Series, an evening Light Display, a Kids Garden Trail, and Explorer Days, 9-28 January, in the beautiful Botanic Garden ki Paekākā.
The Gardens Magic Concert Series will fill our summer nights with the sounds of our capital’s vivacious talent, Tuesday – Sunday evenings, 7pm-9.15pm, with a warm-up solo act 7pm-8pm, and the main act 8pm-9.15pm. There’s nothing quite like listening to some of Wellington’s finest live music under a blanket of stars and fairy lights on a perfect summer evening.
Come early to grab a good picnic spot and stay after to take in the stunning Light Displays created by MJF lighting.
