About Ellie
Ellie Cooper is a 500hr RYT and Yoga Therapeutic Specialist. She has been Lead Yogi at IHF Health Club since it opened in 2021. She leads classes in Vinyasa, Yin, Hatha and Restorative Yoga. She has a passion for creating community and connection through her practice - you're guaranteed to have a laugh, sweat it out and find balance within.
