Earth Day Picnic In The Park

A full family day of earth-friendly fun! Showcasing the incredible environmental and conservation efforts happening throughout Marlborough and how you can jump in and be a part of protecting our beautiful region. This day celebrates international Earth Day with our Marlborough community.

Envirohub Marlborough's flagship annual event, Earth Day Picnic in the Park is a Zero Waste event with stalls from groups all over the region, a market, local entertainment and musicians, tips and tricks on how to live more sustainably, a completely zero waste food section, giveaways and so much more! Bring something for the Repair Cafe team to fix, learn how to compost, bring your bike for mending or an old one to donate to someone that could benefit, sign up to volunteer for a local group and so much more!

Bring your own picnic set (or your own picnic!), a blanket and a sense of fun - and have the most sustainable fun celebrating Earth Day! Entry is free and is for everyone!
