Tākina will be a hive of science activity these school holidays with a FREE Discovery Zone providing hands-on House of Science sessions, and the Doctor Who Worlds of Wonder: Where Science Meets Fiction exhibition with a limited time only KIDS GO FREE* offer.

House of Science exists to raise scientific literacy. Join them for a fun and interactive science journey! They'll unravel some mysteries of science and put your sensational senses to the test through hands-on experiments and activities. These sessions are perfect for curious kids aged 8-12 who want to learn and have fun at the same time!

The Discovery Zone sessions are free, but numbers are very limited, so bookings are essential.
All sessions are the same so please only book one session, and if you're no longer able to attend please email carla.steed@wellingtonnz.com.

Note that parents/caregivers need to remain with their kids for the session.
