As one half of the ground-breaking comedy duo French & Saunders (with Jennifer Saunders) she blazed a trail that shaped TV comedy through the 80s and 90s, spoofing everyone from Oasis to The Corrs and brilliantly sending up films such as Titanic and The Lord Of The Rings series.
