In this concert, CSO Chief Conductor Benjamin Northey plays the role of friendly host and conductor, guiding audiences through the best of John Williams – works that stand alone as some of the most enchanting and powerful orchestral music ever written.

During his glittering seven-decade career John Williams has evoked the threat of sharks using just two repeated low notes, transported us to galaxies far, far away, drawn us into the magic of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and created the super sounds of flying comic book characters.
