Our classrooms focus on the creative process, dance technique, choreography, intension and narrative - alongside performance outcomes and community. Join Jaymie and Claire as they take you through the creative journey of contemporary dance.
Contemporary Dance is interpretive dance that embraces innovation, blending techniques from various genres, including ballet, jazz, modern dance, lyrical, as well as the use of devices such as spoken word, multi-media, soundscapes, that all play a role in the act of physical storytelling. Claire & Cat love embracing Contemporary and showcasing the wonderful world of the creative process with all their students.
