Community gardens are the hidden gems of our city. If you’ve ever wondered what happens at a community garden and how you can get involved, Open Sundays are your chance to find out.

Community gardens in central Wellington will be welcoming visitors on Sunday 7 April, 10am – 3pm.

Participating gardens are:
- Te MĀRAmatanga / Terrace Tunnel Community Garden, 25 MacDonald Cres, Te Aro
- Kelburn Community Garden, 93a Kelburn Pde, Kelburn
- Massey University Māra Kai, Massey Wellington Campus, Tasman St, Mt Cook
- Innermost Gardens, Lawson Place, Mt Victoria
- Te Ngaehe o Rau Hīnau - Pukehinau māra kai, 2 Brooklyn Rd, Aro Valley
