Clear Seeing with Keith Rowan

These sessions will be an introduction to the practice of analytic meditation based on the teachings by Mipham Rinpoche in his text The Wheel of Analytic Meditation.

The term 'analytic' meditation is not about some cerebral form of theory making but a practice to help us see clearly through the overlay of fantasies and stories habitually attached to our experience and discover the underlying truth. The session will be divided into part instruction, part practice and part follow up discussion.

This session will follow the 6.00pm. silent meditation, to which all are welcome.

COST: FREE - any donations in the bowl by the door to support the centre are much appreciated.
