Come laugh, gasp and cheer at bullwhips, live stunts, impossible balance and the snake throated woman– the carnival is in town! Sneaking into your dreams at night with sideshow shenanigans. A pay what you can busking experience for the whole family.

This event is part of Off Centre, an arts festival that shows off the best of Te Matatiki Toi Ora The Arts Centre – eclectic, exuberant, accessible.
