Inspired by jubilant flora and flutes overflowing with fizz, our talented pastry department has taken inspiration from Perrier-Jouët’s iconic Belle Époque drops for lengthy afternoons of enchantment and whimsy. Featuring notes of buttery brioche, white florals and wild strawberry, these rare and exquisite Champagnes are matched with a High Tea menu that’s bursting with flavour. Think crème brûlée choux, raspberry and Champagne macarons, and chaource cheese puffs – hailing from the very same Champagne region, bien sûr.
