The chair yoga program is designed for the elderly population, -to become more active. It improves strength, flexibility, and posture.

Chair Yoga is a modified form of yoga practiced while sitting in a chair or using a chair for support. It is particularly suitable for individuals who may have mobility issues, balance problems, or difficulty getting up and down from the floor.
