6.30 - 7.40am Early Morning Yoga practice
12.15-1.15pm Lunchtime class
4 -5pm Yoga Nidra session
5 - 6pm Yoga off the mat with Swami madhuram Puri
6 - 9pm. Satsang - Spiritual gathering with the dinner
